Cloth Face Masks // Disclaimer + Information
Our handmade cloth face masks are not FDA approved and are for nonclinical settings only.
Per the CDC, Cloth face masks are not recommended for children under 2 years old as it may cause suffocation. This product should not be worn by a child (2+ years old) without adult supervision as it may cause suffocation.
With the latest update, CDC has recommended for everyone to wear some sort of a face covering when in public settings. Face coverings, when combined with physical distancing and hand washing, may help to prevent/slow down the spread of COVID-19. Cloth face masks are NOT meant to replace N95 or any other medical grade face masks. There is limited evidence to suggest that the use of cloth face coverings by the public during a pandemic could help reduce disease transmission. Their primary role is to reduce the release of infectious particles into the air when someone speaks, coughs, or sneezes, including someone who has COVID-19 but is asymptomatic or still feels well. Cloth face masks are not to replace social distancing, and washing hands and staying home when ill, but they may be helpful when combined with these primary interventions.
